~ The items in this lot are from the Maple Leaf Story Collection ~ The pieces are composed of wood grain design plastic ~ The critters are composed of plastic with a velvet-like flocking.
SIZE
: I do not know the Scale of the pieces ~ The Curved Slide is the tallest: 4-1/2" Tall ~ Largest Beaver is 3" Tall ~ Three smaller ones are 2-1/2" Tall.

: 2 Slides (1 Straight & 1 Curved) ~ 1 (2piece) Teeter-Totter ~ 1 Swing ~ 1 Ladder ~ 1 Rocking Chair ~ 2 Student Desks ~ 2 Desk Chairs ~ 2 Teachers' Desks ~ 1 Chalkboard ~ 1 Gavel ~ 1 Schoolhouse Bell Tower ~ 4 Calico Critter Figures (3 Beavers & 1 Unidentified Critter).
CONDITION
: In overall wonderful vintage & played-with condition ~ One of the rails on the teeter-totter has broken off but still fits (this does not effect the use of the rail - see photos #'s 10 & 11) ~ The Critters show signs of age/use with the velvet-like finish worn off in several areas.
