    Stan Musial was one of baseball’s truly great players. Musial lead the league in runs 5 times, hits 6 times, doubles 8 times, triples 5 times, RBIs twice, walks once, batting average 7 times, OBP 6 times and Slugging 6 times. Musial was a 3 time MVP and came in second the in MVP vote 4 other times. If he played today, the City of St Louis would build a monument for him as tall as the Gateway Arch!
