Includes State of Wisconsin Intoxicating Liquors Tax Seal as shown.   PLEASE NOTE that the helmet/cap has released from the cork as shown.  The helmet may be easily glued or puttied in place, however we will ship as is and leave reassembly to the buyer.  All pieces shown will be shipped.   Great look overall.
