    1980s Vintage Handmade Wooden Harp
    One of a kind!
    My boyfriend made this for me when we were in our early 20s. He was quite the wood crafter and musician. I’ve held onto this for some time and now I think it’s time for someone else to appreciate this one of a kind instrument. It looks to be made of hardwood, walnut or oak. He used copper that has oxidized to a beautiful patina. The wood grain and copper really makes this piece a work of art.  There are only 2 strings left but I’m sure there are musicians out there who can add some strings to this. There are some eyelets missing for the strings to go thru so, those would need to be added as well. Each tuning knob is different…it’s really very cool. This could literally look great just lying on your bookshelf. It's so unique! It’s has some weight to it. Or, you might be one of those people who can make this ONE-OF-A-KIND beauty, sing again…I hope so! It measures approx. 10.5” (11.75" including the tuning knobs) x 7.25” x 1.75” high.
