    Our parts are handled by the employees at Skaggs Appliance. We do not “drop ship” like some of our competitors, which means easier returns and faster shipping times.
    Don’t be shy! Contact us if you have questions about installing the part if the part fits if you need substitute numbers or general questions about the part. We have a lot of resources we can go off of. Don’t stress we got it covered!
    We are a family owned business and we have 45 years of experience in appliance repair, sales, and part sales.
    Condition Grade Scale for listings with “open box” condition description.
    A - Brand new open box for pictures
    B- Brand new, but cosmetically damaged.
    C- Brand new taken off of an unused appliance.

    Refunds
    All electronic part returns will NOT be accepted if the box has been opened. If you receive a package that has been described as “OPEN BOX” the package will be resealed, and returns will NOT be accepted IF the box is opened.
    Merchandise must be returned in original packing and must be in the same condition. Returns will not be accepted if these requirements are not met.
    Refunds will be credited within 3 to 5 business of receiving the return. When we've received and processed the return, we will refund the applicable amount minus any Recovery Fees (see details below) for the amount you paid for the item(s), plus any applicable sales tax.
    Basic Recovery Fee:
    All returns are subject to a 20% recovery / restock fee, contingent on
    the item(s) being returned in the original condition.

    If you are satisfied with your product we would greatly appreciate having your feedback. Your positive feedback helps to make our store successful.
    We do not ship on Saturday, we only process orders. Any item purchased on Saturday will be shipped out Monday.
    Shipping Carriers: SurePost, UPS & USPS 1-6 Day, FedEx Smart post, FedEx. We choose the shipping carrier at our discretion.
