Greetings:
We are offering for sale a very scarce Antique POCKET WATCH REPAIR Sign
This is a very early piece dating to the 1870's-1880's
DIAL MARKED FOR J. KJAR (Possible Watchmaker)
Manufactured by the "G.W.T. Co." (Not sure of the actual company name)
Also marked "Modern"
This scarce piece of advertising has the ORIGINAL GLASS DIAL w/ "Repairing". The glass dial does have a crack across it but is fully intact in the frame.
The back panel is missing but some of the internals (lighting elements) intact. Please see photographs.
The cast iron body is very good with wonderful original patina. No damaged noted. No breaks or cracks.
MEASUREMENTS:
The entire clock is 35" from bottom to the top of the bale. The diameter of the cast iron "case" is 25" in diameter. The inner glass dial is 19" in diameter.
