Noted one of the feathers near the middle is loose and has a break which is not noticeable from the front. Flirtacious and coquettish grosgain ribbon bow on one end.

    Antique Victorian High quality 15 bones Big Ostrich Feathers Fan Staves Dance
    This is an original antique fan not a reproduction. It has a flirtatious small bowtie on one end.  Very fluffy, abundant in quantity, quality and fullness of feathers.
    Noted that one of the feathers near the middle is loose and has a break. This can be professionally repaired or displayed and used as is. See last photo and count about 6 rods over from the left.
    Measures 13 inches from tip to end of ring.  Not an expert, but believe this is Ostrich feathers.
    Open measures about 18 inches Wide and about 11 inches high
    Closed position about 3" width
