Electronic Level Wafer offers what you have been waiting for : a sensitive level that can go anywhere a wafer goes. It is a universal tool for fab equipment setup and maintenance.

The Electronic Level Wafer is 10 to 30 times more sensitive than most bubble levels and can be viewed remotely in real time. Now a tough leveling alignment, with adjustment screws under the equipmen, can be viewd in real time as the adjustment screw are turned.
The Electronic Level Wafer sensor is designed to closely match silicon wafer size and weight. This sensor will fit on wafer chucks, end effectors, quartz boats and almost anywhere else a wafer goes. It provides a numnerical readout as well as the intuitive graphical display. The graphical display allows for quick and accurate comparisons or adjustmentof equipment level. The numerical level readout also allows for leveling to a specification.
