General Description:
The MKS 121A Baratron® Capacitance Manometer employs a remote sensor which can operate at up to 150°C (bakeable to 200°C) for critical processing applications. The sensor and electronics are separated by an eight foot cable that allows the electronics to be mounted away from heat sources.
