    Description

    This High Performance Pro clutch kit upgrade of Harley Davidson® motorcycle 1998-06 with Twin-Cam style clutch basket. Replace OEM hub and clutch set.
    Alto® American made clutch kit.
    Larger surface clutch friction area (20% more v.s. stock clutch)
    This kit solved stock clutch slip/performance loss issue, that is common issue on stock clutch system.
    before you upgrade to larger bore engine, try to improve clutch performance first, you will find out the difference.
    To keep spring stronger and persistently is choosing thicker material with professional heat treatment, our spring is 0.077” that is stronger diaphragm spring 15% stronger v.s. OEM standard spring or other thinner material spring usually 0.068”
    Feature higher performance upto 20% more torque delivery (due to clutch slip loss).
    Clutch performance means how much TORQUE can be transferred to transmission.
    Torque (foot-pound, ft-lb) = Distance (foot, inch) x Force (pound)
    At limited distance, increase force is the only way to increase torque.
    Force (pound, lb) = pressure (PSI, pound per square inch) x contact area (square inch)
    Our clutch kit has stronger spring and more contact area.
    Bad clutch means (warped steel plate or wear out friction plate), that will reduce contact area, check flatness of steel plates and thickness of friction plate is the basic step
