Sportster: 31 Tooth Steel Transmission Pulley and kits, 2004-Up! This Kit is a front 31 pulley.
Decrease
Vibration
"Overdrive Gearing", for high speed cruise!
Increases 883 final gearing to be almost the same as 1200's!
Does not require a belt change for either 883 or 1200!
Increased my 2005, 883 gas mileage at 70 mph cruise!
Reduce 5th gear engine rpm approximately 370 at 70 mph; Why cruise at 4,000 rpm?
Reduce oil temp from ~210 degree to ~190 degree (summer). Cruising at 4,000+ rpm gets the engine hotter!
Speedometer:
This pulley will make your speedometer read slower than actual road speed.
If you want to correct your speedometer and odometer search for "31TS-2C".
Modifications:
No modifications are required to mount and run this 31 tooth pulley.
Wheelies:
With this pulley you may not be able to do burnouts or raise the front wheel.
This 31 tooth front pulley does not have or require a Belt Guide!
This is a 31 tooth pulley not available elsewhere!
