This fan is as is, it has a pretty frame that I thought you could cover with your own fabric or lace. One of the sticks is broken close to the bottom, you could either repair it or leave it out when you make your own. It measures open about 24 inches and close is 13 inches. as is
I'm sorry the photos aren't very good, I moved my area where I take pictures and just can't get the lighting right, but working on it. Any yellowing /shading is from the lighting.
